Is car racing all about the fastest car?

Car racing is not solely about having the fastest car. Many factors contribute to a successful race, including the skill of the driver, the team's strategy, the condition of the track, and the car's handling and reliability. 

A well-rounded car and team that can perform consistently throughout a race can often be more successful than a car with a higher top speed but poor handling or reliability.
